Each custom pet rug is uniquely handmade to order! Production time for custom rugs is 2-3 weeks. After placing your order, Emily will send an email to request a few photos of your furry friend! She will translate your pet's likeness into rug form in her unique style (as depicted) and send you a mockup within a few days. Once the mockup is approved, she will get work on your rug!

Spot clean only! Do not machine wash or dry, do not iron or bleach. Lightly brush, lint roll, or use vacuum hose. Place in a low-traffic area, away from excessive moisture, open flame, and debris. Trim any stray fibers. Please be gentle!
